
In June 2019 Novelty Quest organized another two-day crash course in the foundations of innovation management together with International Data Group (IDG) Sweden. The course contained all the basics in innovation, the role of an innovation manager, strategic innovation management, frameworks for innovation management, ISO 56002, how to measure innovation performance, personality types for innovation, and much more.

There were four senior digital leaders participating in this corporate course and they all gained valuable insights into how to progress with setting up work structures for digital innovation in the future.
